Do you build new homes in Seguin and across Guadalupe County?
Yes. TKG Custom Homes is based in Seguin, and we've built custom homes in Guadalupe County for more than 20 years. We build in Seguin, New Braunfels, San Antonio, Lockhart, Luling, Belmont, Gonzales and Kingsbury, on your land or on a lot in Twin Creeks.
Do I pick from a set of floor plans?
No. We don't offer plans to pick from. Every TKG home is designed from a blank page around the way you live, and our in-house designer and decorator work with you directly. A builder who hands you a handful of plans with limited changes is building semi-custom.
Can you build on land I already own?
Yes. Bring the land and we handle the rest: site evaluation and home placement, permitting, a foundation designed for your lot's topography, well and septic coordination if you need it, and construction from start to finish. You need the land (owned or under contract) and road access to the build site. If power or water isn't there yet, we help you find a solution.
What does the free site evaluation cover?
We visit your property and walk the site, looking at topography, soil, drainage, equipment access, utilities and views. Within a week you get our honest assessment of what works, what's challenging and what it might cost. It's free with no obligation, and the assessment is yours to keep either way.
I don't have land yet. Where can I build?
Twin Creeks in Seguin has ready-to-build lots with water, electric and septic connections already in place. You get the same from-scratch design process as building on your own land, with Hill Country views and downtown Seguin about 10 minutes away.
How does the process start?
With one conversation. You sit down with Coy to talk through your budget, how you live and the home you have in mind. You don't need plans, selections or even a clear vision yet. A general budget range and a few photos of homes you admire are plenty. You leave knowing whether your budget and vision line up, with no pressure either way.
